Nejc Kofler — trainer
A hobby I turned into a profession
An athlete by temperament and by habit since early childhood. First a skier, climber, basketball player and judoka, then a fitness enthusiast.
I give my clients care and attention, and I want them to reach their goals. Fitness to me means a person's whole physical and mental wellbeing, and that is what my work aims at.
The emphasis is on functional training, correct execution and preventing injury. I keep adding to what I know and bring it into my clients' sessions. I also work alongside specialists in other fields — physiotherapy, medicine and coaches from other sports.
My path as a trainer
My path as a trainer began in a gym, where I helped people learn correct technique and guided their first steps towards better fitness. Over the years I found I could do the most valuable work one to one, where every session is shaped entirely around the person and their goals.
I also built experience in prevention, posture, post-rehabilitation training and general wellbeing. That work confirmed my belief that the best results come from a personal approach in a relaxed, pleasant setting, where every client feels welcome, safe and heard.
That is why I founded the studio Telo in vadba, a place for one-to-one, personalised training, with the emphasis on quality, expertise and a genuine relationship. The aim is not only better fitness, but a positive experience that makes training part of how you live.
As a conditioning coach I have also taken that knowledge into elite sport, including the Triglav Kranj women's basketball team. Today I work mostly with young athletes in skiing, football and dance. Even so, most of my work is with individuals who want to feel better, get fitter, lose a few kilograms, or simply move with more confidence and without pain.
I believe every person is unique. That is why every session is designed individually, around your goals, your pace and your way of life. In a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere we build results that last.
