Terms and conditions

Nejc Kofler Osebno trenerstvo s.p. (hereinafter Nejc Kofler s.p. or the Telo in vadba studio) will protect all data it collects in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and other Slovenian and European legislation. Nejc Kofler s.p. also undertakes to use the data it collects solely for the purposes for which it was collected, and not to pass it on to third parties. Nejc Kofler s.p. uses all personal data it collects only to inform clients about its services, and does not allow outside persons to access it.

The services of Nejc Kofler s.p. may be used only during its working hours, as set by management in agreement with the client. Services are paid in advance, or before the service begins. Payment may be made in cash or against a pro forma invoice. Monthly passes are non-transferable and are valid only for the period for which they have been paid. Unused visits are not carried over to the following month.

Sessions have a limited number of places (a maximum of 4 participants), so that training can be delivered safely and to a high standard. On their first visit, every user of the Telo in vadba studio must tell management about their state of health, any limitations arising from it, and any related instructions they have received from their doctor. If this information changes while they are using the services of Nejc Kofler s.p., the user must inform management of the changes.

If you cannot attend a session you are booked for, please let us know at least 12 hours before it starts. Otherwise the service is treated and charged as if it had been provided. In the event of illness or a planned longer absence, a training pass may be frozen, by mutual agreement. Before attending training during pregnancy, consult your gynaecologist. Management may turn away a user of the services of Nejc Kofler s.p. who, before the service begins, shows signs of a contagious illness (a cold, fever, diarrhoea, vomiting, a rash, or other signs), and may charge the service as if it had been provided.

If the cancellation comes from the trainer, I will refund the amount or, if you prefer, lower the package price the following month for the missed sessions. A session can be cancelled with a doctor's note. The absence is then taken into account the following month, that is, the share of missed sessions is carried over to the following month.

Users must use the premises and equipment properly, and only for the purposes for which they are intended, and must tell management about any failure, damage, or incorrect operation of the equipment. Clean indoor shoes, suitable sportswear, and a towel are required in the Telo in vadba studio.

Nejc Kofler s.p. reserves the right to change the schedule, the price list, or these terms at any time. Management is not responsible for visitors’ personal belongings. Users use the services of Nejc Kofler s.p. at their own risk. Management and other associates accept no liability for material or non-material damage suffered by users through injury, a deterioration in health, or other adverse consequences arising during training, as a consequence of training, or from the use of the services of Nejc Kofler s.p.
